Nowadays, amid the economic turmoil, we are also seeing more and more huge pre-owned vehicles for sale where large, national vehicle retailing franchises dispose of repossessed vehicles, often at extremely low prices. Excellent bargains are to be had as dealer groups attempt to cover costs and rid themselves of ever-burgeoning stockpiles of used cars, which are being added to daily because of the sheer number of repossessions.
There are more pre-owned vehicles for sale today than ever before and the buyer with the wherewithal is spoiled for choice on every street corner, in every newspaper and on a seemingly endless array of websites geared to move pre-owned cars into the hands of willing buyers. Among these are the inevitable lemons, but it is the buyers duty to be well armed with information and knowledge before committing to that sale.
